Assessments

Assessments for both Membership and Certified Membership of the Institute take place twice a year. Details of the Assessments are shown below.

Non-destructive Assessment for Membership

There are a maximum of 30 points available in this Assessment. A pass requires at least 25 points. Candidates must use their own tools and equipment to take the Assessment.

Non-destructive Assessment for Certified Membership

There are a maximum of 70 points available in this Assessment. A pass requires at least 55 points. Candidates must use their own tools and equipment to take the Assessment.
