The logo of the ban the Bump Key Campaign

The Ban the Bump Key campaign aims to outlaw the sale of specialist locksmith equipment to the general public. The campaign believes that tools capable of opening doors to our homes and businesses should be available only to recognised locksmiths and security professionals.

The campaign was launched recently in Manchester – see some photos of the launch below (spot the guy from Corrie).

The Institute fully supports this campaign. If you want find out more, you can visit the campaign's website.
